Permanent magnet motors rely on rare earth minerals, which carry high supply chain risks and cost fluctuations. Our SCZ Series Synchronous Reluctance Motors offer a rare-earth-free alternative that achieves IE5 efficiency. By utilizing rotor anisotropy, they virtually eliminate rotor electrical losses, leading to cooler bearings and extended service life.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are essential for modern flow control, but they can introduce voltage spikes and harmful bearing currents. Our YVF Converter-Fed Motors feature reinforced VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) insulation systems, insulated non-drive end bearings, and grounding rings to reliably handle high-frequency harmonics.
