In the GCC region, electric motors do not operate under normal test laboratory conditions. High relative humidity combined with fine sand particles creates a corrosive and abrasive atmosphere. Traditional induction motors suffer from elevated rotor temperatures due to electrical resistance inside the rotor bars. This heat transfers directly to the bearings, degrading grease viscosity and leading to premature bearing failure.
Our Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors resolve these failure points natively. Because the magnetic field of the rotor is generated by permanent magnets instead of an induced current, rotor heating is virtually zero. This allows the overall motor package to run up to 15°C to 20°C cooler than a comparable asynchronous motor, extending insulation lifespan, reducing thermal degradation of bearings, and ensuring structural integrity under full-load desert operating conditions.
